AICSM Chozuba centre inaugurated
Kohima, April 12: As part of Skill India and Digital India programme, the Chozuba centre of All India Computer Saksharta Mission (AICSM) was formally inaugurated today at Chozuba town under Phek district.
AICSM is an autonomous institution registered under Government of India, NCT, New Delhi in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation.
The course is registered under CR Act, Ministry of HRD (Department of Secondary & Higher Education) and Ministry of Labour & Employment (Directorate of Employment), Government of India.
AICSM aim to provide the high technical computer education at the nominal fee to the person belonging to lower and middle class.
There are over 3000 AICSM centre across India, said Veshosa Keyho, Branch Director, AICSM Chozuba Centre.AICSM provides single source for quality assurance in Computer Education, Skill Development Education, Vocational Training, Technical Education and all type Educational Development of every category students of India.
Keyho said this Computer Training Centre will extend free admission, free bag, free study material, free note book and students identity card.
Keyho said that admission of the new batches has started and the normal classes will begin from April 20.
It would offer certificate/diploma courses in CCC, BCC, DCA, ADCA, DCOE, DTP, PGDCA, Tally etc.
AICSM Chozuba Centre was dedicated by Vezokho Vero, pastor, Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre, Priizhie, Kohima.
Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, he thanked Veshosa for putting all his effort to bring such centre to Chozuba and hoped that it would serve the people well its purpose and bring about feasible computer literacy to the people of Chozuba area.
Poranyi Shijo, head GB Chozuba Town and Veyito Nyekha, president Chozuba Town Chakhesang Students’ Union also delivered short speech.
They hoped that the Chozuba centre will go a long way in imparting qualitative computer knowledge to the students, youth, village leaders and others.
Computer teacher Mhaseto Vadeo also spoke at the programme.
The programme was compered by Angelo Pfithu while vote of thanks was proposed by Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao, Senior Pastor, Chakhesang Baptist Church, Ministers’ Hill Kohima.
